On the occasion of the commissioning of the new “Jahan” creative center in Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan addressed the participants of the opening ceremony.
"I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the opening of the “Jahan” creative center, built in the most beautiful corner of our capital, on the eve of the glorious anniversary – the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality! I wish you good health, family well-being, and new success in your creative work!" the President's message to the participants of the celebration reads.
As noted in the Address, today the economic power of our independent neutral state is significantly strengthened, modern technologies are successfully implemented in all areas, and the social, cultural, and educational level of our people is steadily increasing.
Turkmenistan's constructive initiatives on topical issues of regional and world politics, announced at the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, caused a huge response in the world.
Currently, large-scale work is underway to improve the legislative and legal system of the state and protect the rights and freedoms of citizens. The adoption of the constitutional law "on amendments and additions to the Constitution of Turkmenistan" at the regular session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was reflected in the social and political life, the democratic and legal system of the country. Historical events taking place in the country inspire cultural figures and artists, all citizens to work creatively and achieve high goals.
"In recent years, modern social and cultural facilities, residential buildings, industrial and industrial complexes have been built and put into operation in the capital and velayats of our country. I firmly believe that the creative center "Jahan", which is being put into operation today, has a great role to play in improving the sphere of culture.
The "Jahan" center provides halls equipped with advanced technologies and special equipment for large and small choreographic groups, as well as halls designed for fitness classes, a sound Studio, a Studio for artists, an orchestra hall, workshops for seamstresses and needlewomen, a conference hall, a multi-specialty gym, rehearsal rooms for vocal and instrumental ensembles and small choirs, as well as other premises.
The development and improvement of culture and art strengthen unity and cohesion, and further increase the sense of patriotism of Turkmen citizens. Therefore, among our main tasks are the systematic development of the cultural sphere, creating conditions for fruitful work and recreation of its employees," the President's message emphasizes, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
