Today, President and Supreme Commander of the armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made personnel decisions regarding the system of Prosecutor's offices, the information program "Watan" of the Turkmen television reported.
According to the signed Resolution:
- lawyer of the second class Orazov Didar Suhanberdievich was Appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Akhal velayat with the dismissal of the Prosecutor of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Akhal velayat;
- lawyer of the first class Mammedov Tirkesh Charymyradovich was appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Mary velayat with the dismissal of the Prosecutor of the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat;
- the lawyer of the first class of Myratgeldiev Myratasyl Myratgeldiyevich appointed the Deputy Prosecutor of the Lebap velayat;
- the lawyer of the second class Nayaev Gurbanguly Azadyevich appointed Prosecutor etrap Ak Bugday of Akhal velayat;
- the lawyer of the second class Durdyyev Didar Babadjanovich appointed Prosecutor Kaka etrap of Ahal velayat;
- the lawyer of the first class Cherreyev Magtymguly Byashsahedovich the appointed Prosecutor Gubadag etrap of Dashoguz velayat;
- lawyer of the second class Annalyev Shukur Bayramdurdyevich was appointed Prosecutor of the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat;
- counselor of justice of Mammetamanov Dovletgeldi Gurbanmammedovich released from the post of Prosecutor Kaka etrap of the Akhal velayat in connection with the expiration of the term of office;
- junior adviser of justice Meretnyyazov Shamyrat Danatarovich was dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of Gubadag etrap of Dashoguz velayat due to the expiration of his term of office.
At a regular meeting of the State Security Council held today, the President of Turkmenistan noted that it is necessary to strengthen Prosecutor's checks on the implementation of normative legal acts by state authorities, local Executive authorities and self-government, institutions, public associations, officials and other citizens and instructed to keep under strict control the successful solution of the tasks set.
