The international weightlifting Federation (IWF) has made adjustments to the competition calendar, according to the national Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan. So, the main changes affected Junior and youth regional competitions.
At the same time, there was some information about the postponed Asian championship-2020, which is to be held in Tashkent. The international weightlifting Federation notes that it is scheduled for March 2021. The exact date will be announced later. This will be the 49th men's and 30th women's Asian Championships.
Recall that in February 2020, the Asian weightlifting championship was moved from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan. In March, the tournament was postponed indefinitely.
