"Relations between Russia and Turkmenistan, based on the principles of friendship and Strategic partnership, are successfully developing in a wide range of areas," said Mikhail Mishustin, Chairman of the government of the Russian Federation, in a congratulatory telegram addressed to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of Turkmenistan's independence day.
Noting the progressive strengthening of trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, Mishustin expressed confidence that the active joint work of the governments will create conditions for the promotion of new promising projects.
"I am convinced that active joint work on the government line will allow us to unlock the great potential of bilateral cooperation and create favorable conditions for promoting new promising projects in various fields. This fully meets the long – term interests of Russia and Turkmenistan," Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said in a message published today in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
