These days, construction of four apartment buildings has started in the residential area "Gulistan" in the administrative center of Dashoguz, the website "Turkmenistan: Golden age" reports.
New buildings are located along the highway leading from Dashoguz to Gorogly etrap. The newly built residential buildings of improved layout are designed for 16 apartments each. Now two of them are masonry brick walls of the first floor, the other two - at the initial stage of construction.
The construction division of the Dashoguz reinforced concrete products factory "Türkmendemirbetonönümleri", which is conducting the construction, has attracted two local individual enterprises as subcontractors.
As part of the comprehensive transformation strategy, the infrastructure of the former city outskirts is being modernized. New houses will add to the list of social facilities of the emerging residential area "Gulistan".
In recent years, a high-voltage power line with a length of more than eight kilometers has been laid here, and a modern school and kindergarten have been built. In the coming years, it is planned to put into operation a number of objects for various purposes.
