At today's meeting of the people's Council (Halk Maslahaty), held via video link, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree "On strengthening the social protection of health workers".
Stimulating health workers and effectively using their capabilities in the fight against COVID-19 infection is one of the most important areas at the present time, the President said.
Berdimuhamedov also considered it necessary to develop a new version of the state program "Health" ("Saglyk"), and therefore called on the relevant managers and specialists to make concrete proposals in this direction.
Earlier, we reported that Turkmenistan will provide additional benefits to health workers.
