President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree "On awarding state awards to mark the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence" at a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan today. This is reported by the Country's state news Agency.
This year, the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan is held in video format for the first time.
