President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, speaking today via video link at a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council), instructed to develop a program for training young specialists and identify specific areas for improving their skills.
"At present, we must pay special attention to the programs adopted to transfer our economy to the digital system," Berdimuhamedov said.
According to the head of state, as a result of fundamental changes in the scientific sphere, a new generation of young people who are passionate about science and creativity has been formed in Russian academic research institutes, higher educational institutions, scientific and technological, scientific-clinical and scientific-design centers, experimental production laboratories, and branch scientific organizations. Talented young people carry out fruitful work on nanotechnologies, scientific research of new resources in the field of energy, biotechnologies, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology and genetics, information and communication systems, the State news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
