A Charter flight to Istanbul for the export of Turkmen citizens from Turkey is going to be performed on September 24 by the airline "Turkmen airlines", the international magazine "Atavatan Turkmenistan" reports.
This flight is organized by order of the government of Turkmenistan.
The flight will be operated on a long-haul Boeing 777-200LR aircraft and will take out 277 citizens, the report said.
In accordance with the recommendations of the world health organization (WHO), all citizens of Turkmenistan who arrived on a Charter flight from Turkey will undergo a mandatory two-week quarantine.
Turkmenistan has previously arranged Charter flights to Turkmenabat international airport from Belarus, India and Russia to return its citizens who were unable to return earlier due to the outbreak of the pandemic.
