On the eve of the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, a whole complex of high-comfort residential buildings has been commissioned in Turkmenabat, the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper reports.
New residents were given keys to apartments in a residential complex of 14 four-story buildings built in the southern part of the administrative center of the Lebap velayat along the Turkmenabat–Mary highway.
New buildings erected units ES “Lebapgurlushyk". Individual companies such as "Beýik sepgit", ES "Amul ýoly" and "Ýeňişli ýollar" also contributed on a shared basis.
Each of the 14 houses has 24 two-and three-bedroom apartments with an improved layout. The total area of each two-room apartment is 115 square meters, and the three – room apartment is 121 square meters. Builders and designers carefully worked on the arrangement of apartments. The kitchens are equipped with modern appliances and furniture.
Uninterrupted supply of apartments with hot and cold water and electricity is guaranteed by an Autonomous substation and boiler house located in a special engineering block. There are sports and children's playgrounds in the courtyard.
The adjacent territory to the house is equipped with supply roads, an asphalt platform, flower beds, benches and lanterns. Young coniferous trees are planted around the buildings. Additional amenities include Parking for homeowners ' cars.
