The marble and granite processing plant of the closed joint-stock company "Turkmenmermer" of the Ministry of industry of the country, located in Ovadandepe of the Gokdepe etrap of the Akhal velayat, is increasing production volumes, the newspaper "Turkmenistan" reports.
Since the beginning of the year, it has produced products for 6,262,966 manats, and the growth rate was 187.90 %.
The company produces facing materials made of natural stone, which are necessary for numerous objects being built in Turkmenistan. At the plant, much is being done to increase the volume of production, expand the range in accordance with the needs of the construction market.
The raw material for the production is the production of the quarries Tagara in Magdanly. Stone blocks lead to standards that correspond to stone-cutting machines. All kinds of finishing materials are made from marble at the factory. Countertops, steps, tiles, mosaics, statues and fountains for the garden, all kinds of interior items. The company has machines that produce mosaic panels made of marble and granite, allowing you to make shaped stone cutting.
Currently, the plant is working on the production of marble and granite products from the waste of the main production.
