The President of Turkmenistan heard the report of the head of "Çalik Holding" on the implementation of projects

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Ahmet Chalyk, Chairman of the Board of the "Çalik Holding" group of companies, during a working trip to the Balkan velayat.

Thanking for the time, the businessman congratulated the head of state on today's significant event – the start of construction of gas turbine power units at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

As noted by the President of Turkmenistan policy of "open doors", high growth, large-scale program for the development of the industrial sector, a favorable investment climate create good preconditions for activation of partnership with foreign business circles and attracting world wide experience in many fields, especially in high-tech industries.

Noting the fruitful nature of relations with Turkey, with which our country is linked by strong ties of friendship, brotherhood and historical and cultural community, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the activity of the Turkish company in the Turkmen market.

In this context, the Turkmen leader focused on increasing the effectiveness of the holding's participation in the implementation of major mutually beneficial projects.

Emphasizing the importance of the continent's largest energy highway-the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline, as well as the TAP power transmission line, the construction of which was entrusted to Çalik Holding, the head of state instructed The company's head to complete all the work on schedule and at a high level.

Noting that it is a great honor for his company to continue long-term cooperation, participating in the implementation of large-scale transformation programs launched in our country, the Turkish businessman reported on the progress of a number of joint projects.

After hearing the information, the President once again drew attention to the fact that high quality of construction works and delivery of objects within the terms stipulated in the contracts were and still are an indispensable condition of the Turkmen side.

At the end of the meeting, Ahmet Chalyk assured that the company headed by him will continue to take the most responsible approach to fulfilling partner obligations, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
