Today, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a number of personnel documents on the Lebap velayat during a working video broadcast.
In particular, the head of state released Shohratjan Ismailov from the temporary duties of hyakim of the Farab etrap of the Lebap velayat and appointed Astanogly Seyidov to the post of hyakim of this etrap.
The President of Turkmenistan has also assigned Begench Mamedbayev Deputy hyakim Darganata etrap of Lebap province, told the news program "Watan" Turkmen television.
