An online seminar with the participation of specialists from the Republic of Korea was held in the Innovation and information center of the Ministry of education of Turkmenistan via video link, the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan" reports.
The seminar was devoted to the study and implementation of modern IT technologies in the educational environment of our country. Representatives of the National Agency for the development of the information society of the Ministry of science and ICT of the Republic of Korea invited the Turkmen side to participate in the implementation of relevant IT projects and learn about best practices in the field of high technologies.
From Turkmen side the webinar participants were representatives of the Innovative information center and five academic institutions – the Turkmen state University named after Magtymguly, Engineering and technology University of Turkmenistan named "Oguzhan", International oil and gas University, Institute of telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, Turkmen state Institute of architecture and construction.
From the Republic of Korea was attended by representatives of a number of major agencies – the National Agency for information society development of the Ministry of science and ICT, Bureau for global cooperation, National Institute of continuing education, Service, educational and scientific information Corporation educational broadcasting.
The seminar included several sessions that defined the topics of different breakout sessions.
