Proposals to improve the management system and transform the structure of the Ministry of culture and its subordinate institutions were presented to the President of Turkmenistan at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Deputy Prime Minister G. Mushshikov said that these changes are necessary to create opportunities to improve the main financial and economic indicators and improve the efficiency of cultural institutions.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved the proposals, focusing on the need to take comprehensive measures to solve the challenges, and addressed instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister on implementing the plans with the use of advanced techniques and modern technologies, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
