Earlier, we reported that in order to prevent the import and spread of pathogens of acute pneumonia in Turkmenistan, additional measures have been introduced when using flights. As part of these measures, citizens are required to provide a certificate of absence of COVID-19 when using domestic flights.
In addition to this information, citizens of Turkmenistan received SMS messages from the mobile operator "Altyn Asyr" with the following content:
"Dear passengers!
We inform you that starting from August 10, 2020, rules for providing health certificates will be introduced for those arriving in Ashgabat and departing for velayats. Persons who do not have a certificate of health issued by an institution of the Ministry of health and medical industry of Turkmenistan for a period of 72 (seventy-two) hours will not be allowed on Board the aircraft."
