President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree today approving a list of attachments that are prohibited from being sent by post outside of Turkmenistan. The corresponding document was prepared on the basis of the Law of Turkmenistan "On communication" and taking into account proposals of ministries and sectoral departments, told the news program "Watan" Turkmen television.
Having signed the Resolution presented at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the President of Turkmenistan gave specific instructions to ensure that the level of postal and other relevant services provided to the population meets international standards.
The head of state also noted the importance of continuing work on modernizing the communications sector and actively introducing innovative technologies into the activities of its institutions.
