Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the Akhal velayat, where he got acquainted with the progress of construction of new industrial complexes, as well as the work carried out on agricultural land and on the production complex of bread products by "Ahalgallaönümleri", the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
In the early morning, the helicopter of the head of state headed towards Babadayhan etrap, where a modern textile complex is being built. In accordance with the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, this large enterprise intended for processing 5,000 tons of fine-fiber cotton will annually produce 3,300 tons of fine-fiber yarn "Compact penye".
It is planned to produce 20 million square meters of high-quality fabric, including 18 million square meters of colored fabric and 3.5 million pieces of finished products. Construction of this complex started in May 2018, and commissioning is scheduled for 2021.
The project of this facility provides for the entire cycle of work, starting from the processing of cotton fiber and ending with the production of finished products. It is planned to create a number of workshops where yarn, fabrics, and sewing of finished products will be produced.
The development of the textile industry leads to an increase in the number of jobs and the strengthening of the economy. This is why the industry is replenished with the construction of new enterprises. It is worth noting that Babadayhan etrap is one of the largest producers of raw cotton.
The construction of a textile complex will allow processing locally grown cotton fiber, which, in turn, will reduce transportation costs and increase revenue. Thus, the etrap will turn into an industrial one, which will increase its economic potential.
The existing high demand for natural yarns and fabrics made from this environmentally friendly raw material clothing, caused the priority place of the textile industry in the development of the economy and agro-industrial complex of the country.
Then the helicopter of the head of state headed towards the construction site of another textile complex in the Kaka etrap of the Akhal velayat. Construction of this manufacturing giant, which began in March 2018, is expected to be completed in 2021.
The complex under construction, which includes the entire cycle, starting from spinning fiber, fabric production, dyeing and sewing, will annually process 5 thousand tons of fine-fiber cotton.
There will be established workshops where 3,650 tons of yarn of the “Compact penye” brand will be produced, 12 million square meters of high-quality fabric for tailoring, including 10 million square meters of dyed fabric and 1 million 200 thousand finished products.
From the helicopter cabin, the head of state got acquainted with the construction of this complex. Then the head of state inspected the fields with wheat crops.
This year, it is planned to collect 400 thousand tons of grain in the Akhal velayat. Agricultural land was sown with high-yielding varieties of winter wheat. The harvest involves modern combine harvesters John Deere, Claas, Case.
As a result of the changes in agriculture, this leading branch of the national economy has reached a new level. Huge investments are directed to technical re-equipment and modernization of infrastructure and service sectors of the agro-industrial complex, construction of elevators, processing agricultural enterprises, plants for the production of mineral fertilizers, water facilities.
Increasing public procurement prices for grown products, financial and economic incentives for agricultural producers contribute to increasing their interest in the results of their work.
Then the head of state got acquainted with the construction of the new administrative center of the Akhal velayat from a helicopter. This grandiose project has become a significant step towards the successful implementation of the socio-economic strategy of the head of state, the key direction of which is to create the most optimal conditions for a comfortable life for the population.
Currently, in accordance with the agreed plans in a modern new administrative center of Akhal velayat, construction of buildings of regional branches of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, the State commercial banks "Türkmenistan" and "Daýhanbank", "Halkbank", Joint-stock commercial Bank "Senagat" and the offices of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs, ministries and sectoral departments of the industrial, communication, trade, agriculture, construction, energy systems and utilities, public institutions.
In addition, comfortable 7 - and 9-storey residential buildings, a wedding Palace, secondary and professional educational institutions, specialized art schools, kindergartens, health homes are being built.
The state has created all opportunities to complete the designated works on time and at a high quality level. At construction sites, modern powerful equipment is used, and the necessary construction materials are provided to the required extent.
Then President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived by car to the production complex of bread products at "Ahalgallaönümleri", where the head of state was met by the Chairman of the Mejlis, Vice-premiers, and hyakim of the Ahal velayat. The Turkmen leader was familiarized with the pace of the ongoing debate.
At this time, a vehicle loaded with grain arrived at the territory of the production complex and drove up to the scales. After inquiring about the sequence of processing of wheat delivered to the “Gallaönümleri” enterprise, the head of state had a conversation with the participants of the grain harvesting campaign.
Batyr Palvanov, a tenant of the Makhtumkuli etrap “Ak Bugday” Association of the Akhal velayat, said that he has been engaged in agriculture for 12 years. According to the grain grower, a generous crop of wheat was obtained from the leased plot of 23 hectares. Thanks to the state's support and benefits, this year it plans to collect 40-45 quintals of grain from each hectare.
Noting that the state will continue to take care of improving social conditions in rural areas, creating opportunities for effective work of farmers, and successfully solving the tasks outlined in the National rural program, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished the tenant success.
Then the head of state spoke with the driver of the production Association "Ahalawtoulag" Parahat Yomudov. Noting that all conditions have been created for working in the harvest season, P. Yomudov on behalf of all drivers expressed gratitude to the head of state for the regular purchase of specialized modern vehicles from abroad.
Emphasizing that the equipment used during the harvest period was made by order of Turkmenistan in accordance with the difficult climatic conditions of our country, the head of state noted that to improve management skills, it would be appropriate to send drivers to study at the factories of the countries that produce the equipment.
Then the head of state together with the tenant went to the office of the weigher of the production Association "Ahalgallaönümleri" Sylapberdi Durdyev, in a conversation with whom he asked about the work and the conditions created for it. Wishing the employee success, the head of Turkmenistan said that the state will continue to support young people, creating appropriate conditions for their work and life.
The President of Turkmenistan emphasized the need to harvest crops without loss, ensure proper storage of grain and a responsible, science-based approach to its processing. All this is a key factor in improving the well-being of the people, ensuring food abundance and increasing the export opportunities of the industry, the Turkmen leader said, addressing instructions to the relevant managers.
Then the head of state together with the tenant went to the laboratory of the complex, where he had a conversation with the chief specialist of the quality control Service, which is part of the Ministry of agriculture and environmental protection, Dovran Allakulov.
In the course of familiarization with the process of checking the fullness, humidity and purity of grain, the specialist spoke about the created working conditions, about the capabilities of modern equipment. The President asked how the purity, quality and nutrition of the flour produced is checked and how it is enriched with iron and folic acid.
Coming out of the laboratories, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov headed to the shop packing of the finished product. This enterprise consists of 4 workshops, where the production of wheat flour, pasta, bakery products and polypropylene bags is established.
The capacity of the wheat flour production shop is 80 thousand tons of products per year and consists of two Autonomous systems. One of them is intended for the production of flour of the highest and first grades, the other-flour for pasta. The harvested grain enters the unit for humidification, is completely cleaned and sent to the mill equipment.
High-quality flour is delivered to the finished product warehouse, where it is Packed in special bags of 5, 10, 25 and 50 kilograms and in small packages using an automated packaging machine. At each stage of production, from the preparation of raw materials to the output of finished products, quality control is carried out.
Currently, it is used for packing flour obtained from the new wheat crop. The President has put on one of the flour bags filled with a commemorative sign and date. At the exhibition organized here, all types of products produced at the enterprise from different varieties of wheat grown this year were presented. During the inspection of the exhibition, the President highly appreciated the quality of products.
Then, wishing the renter and driver further success in their conscientious work, the head of the Turkmen state presented them with valuable gifts.
Then the President held a working meeting, where he summed up the results of his working trips to the velayats. As it was noted, the situation in the regions demonstrates the proper level of work carried out by farmers.
A clear example of this is the rich wheat crop grown and the large number of new agricultural machinery used in the fields. Good indicators are obtained from the collection of vegetable and fruit crops. All this confirms the effectiveness of decisions aimed at further development of the agro-industrial complex and ensuring food security of the country, the head of state said.
Among the main tasks of today, the President of the country identified the self-sufficiency of the Turkmen state in the production of agricultural products, the saturation of markets with a variety of food products that meet the demand of Turkmen people. Great importance is attached to the introduction of scientific achievements into production in order to increase soil fertility, as well as to the timely implementation of agro technical measures.
All conditions are created in the country so that farmers and dayhans who have connected their lives with their native land and receive generous harvests can enrich themselves with the fruits of their conscientious work. Fundamental reforms being implemented in rural regions are helping to improve the living standards of workers engaged in agro-industrial production.
The working trips organized to the velayats to get acquainted with the progress of grain harvesting in the agricultural areas of the country, working conditions, and the solution of social and domestic issues in the field have become very fruitful and have acquired a meaningful character, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction.
The government's decisions and decisions aimed at strengthening food security contribute to improving the well-being of the people and increasing the country's authority in the international arena.
During the meeting, the head of state touched upon the 75th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war. The Turkmen delegation will take part in the solemn military parade to be held in Moscow, the head of state said, noting that on the occasion of this glorious event, he composed a new poem "Durnalar", praising the courage shown by Turkmen soldiers in the second world war.
