On July 1, Russian citizens in Turkmenistan will be able to vote on approving changes to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Polling stations will be organized in Ashgabat and Turkmenbashi, according to the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan.
Russian citizens over the age of 18 who are eligible to vote must present their valid passport (foreign, diplomatic, or official). In the absence of a valid passport-a certificate of entry (return) to the Russian Federation or a passport of a citizen of the USSR of the sample of 1974 with a mark on the citizenship of the Russian Federation.
The sections will be open on July 1 from 8: 00 to 22: 00:
- in Ashgabat at the address: 11 Turkmenbashi street Village-for Russian citizens located in Ashgabat, Akhal, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats;
- in the city of Turkmenbashi at the address: 81A Mahtumkuli street - for Russian citizens who are in the Balkan velayat.
