The Asian Football Confederation has announced changes to the dates of the Asian Futsal championship, the Asian Junior championship and the AFC Champions League, according to the official website of the AFU.

Thus, the Asian Futsal championship is scheduled to be held from November 4 to 15 in Ashgabat. Recall that the Asian Futsal championship was originally scheduled to be held in Turkmenistan from February 26 to March 8, but was postponed. The dates from August 5 to August 16 were also given.

It is planned that the continental competitions will be hosted by the Olympic town of Ashgabat, where the V Asian indoor and martial arts games were held in September 2017. According to the results of the Asian championship, the top 5 teams will be eligible to participate in the world Cup, which will be held in Lithuania in 2021.

According to the results of the draw, the teams of Oman, Tajikistan and Vietnam will be the opponents of the Turkmenistan national team at the upcoming continental championship.

In addition, the Asian u-16 championship in Bahrain was moved to November 25-December 12, and the Asian u-19 championship in Uzbekistan is scheduled for October 14-31. In turn, the date of the Asian Club Futsal championship has not changed — the tournament will be held in the UAE on December 2-13.

the Rupp stage and playoff matches of the Asian Champions League of the Western region will be held in a centralized format in September. The name of the host country will be announced later.
