By decree on the appointment and dismissal of judges, the President, Supreme commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov decided:
- appoint Yazmyradov Bazargeldi as the Chairman of the Dashoguz city court of the Dashoguz velayat, relieving him of the post of Deputy Chairman of the Akhal velayat court;
- in connection with the expiration of the term of office to release Yazmemedova Ogultach Orazalievna from the post of judge of the Kopetdag etrap court of the city of Ashgabat;
- in connection with the expiration of the term of the release Tangryguliev Kakamyrat Mukhammetdurdievich from office of a judge cookiescore etrap court, Akhal velayat;
- in connection with the expiration of the term of office to release Atayev Byashim from the post of Chairman of the Dashoguz city court of the Dashoguz velayat;
- in connection with the expiration of the term of office to release Mamedyarova Nurtach Khudayyarovna from the post of judge of the court of etrap Saparmurat Turkmenbashi Dashoguz velayat;
- in connection with the expiration of the term of office to release Aminova Govher Akbarovna from the post of judge of the Mary city court of the Mary velayat;
- in connection with the expiration of the term of the release Akgaeva Ogulgozel Kakajanovna from office of a judge on administrative and Executive proceedings of the court of Mary city of Mary velayat.
