The decree of the President of Turkmenistan approved the list of licensing bodies for certain types of activities subject to licensing, as well as the amount of the state fee charged for issuing a license, the information program "Watan" of the Turkmen television reported. This Resolution was signed in order to implement the Law of Turkmenistan "On licensing of certain types of activities" and further improve the licensing procedure.
The document directs the Ministry of Finance and economy, as well as ministries and agencies that license certain types of activities, together with the Ministry of justice to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution.
Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 13180 of August 23, 2013 "On improving the organization of licensing activities in Turkmenistan", in accordance with the new document, is considered invalid.
