President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the situation on construction sites located in the southern part of Ashgabat at the request of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shamuhammet Durdylyev.
The head of state, who personally oversees major new buildings in the capital and the development of its social infrastructure, notes that one of the most important requirements here is the compliance of the urban environment with modern quality standards, the needs of society and such important criteria as aesthetics and environmental friendliness. This is what the broad introduction of innovative approaches to organizing the living environment of Turkmen citizens is aimed at.
The President got acquainted in detail with the projects that provide a clear picture of the situation at the facilities being built in the South of the capital, where its new business center is being formed, and the location of buildings.
The projects were presented by a representative of the French company Bouygues, who reported on the pace and condition of construction work carried out on the objects entrusted to the company, as well as on the materials used in the interior design and exterior decoration of buildings.
In particular, the projects and schemes of the building complexes of the Halk Maslahaty Apparatus and the Congress center of Turkmenistan, the Reception Center, as well as the Arkadag hotel were considered. At the same time, projects related to the partial modernization of the Maslahat köşgi meeting Palace were presented.
The buildings constructed on an innovative basis provide all the necessary conditions for holding forums and meetings of international and regional significance, events of various levels. Great importance is attached to the use of digital technologies and scientific achievements.
The decoration of buildings is made taking into account their significance and in accordance with national traditions, while the opinion and experience of domestic specialists are studied.
The head of state pointed to the environmental aspect as an indisputable requirement for construction work, and this is the creation of squares and parks, green zones. The materials used in construction must be of high quality, durable and durable. At the same time, the President of Turkmenistan again noted that the exterior decoration of buildings should be distinguished by a bright national color,
The buildings being built in this part of the capital should fit seamlessly into the unified architectural ensemble of the city, the head of state noted, focusing on the importance of completing the construction of objects in the scheduled time and giving a number of relevant instructions.
"Our white marble capital is increasingly strengthening its status as one of the most beautiful and comfortable cities in the world. The pace of large - scale transformations launched in Ashgabat determines its transformation into a business center of international significance," the Turkmen leader stressed, instructing to keep under strict control issues related to the implementation of the program of socio-economic development of the capital, as well as the country as a whole, at the appropriate level.
