Heading to the venue of the enlarged meeting of the Government and of the anniversary meeting of the International Association of Akhal-Teke horse breeding, the President of Turkmenistan at the request of Deputy Prime Minister Sh. Durdylyev and the mayor of Ashgabat Y. Gylyjov inspected the renovation of the sculptural composition devoted to "heavenly" racers, which is located in the city center.
The head of state noted the need for a comprehensive approach to the development of this facility, having familiarized himself with the work carried out here. The President instructed to pay special attention to the lighting: using the possibilities of modern lighting systems, it is necessary to achieve such an effect that each of the rollers of the sculpture was painted in a characteristic of the Akhal-Teke colors.
Emphasizing the importance of a well-thought-out approach to solving problems related to the improvement of the city, the head of state ordered to pay special attention to the improvement of city Park alleys, planting various flowers on their territories and complete all the work by the beginning of summer.
Noting that this Park alley, which originates in the center of the capital, is one of the oldest and longest, the leader of the nation recalled that a modern shopping center is currently being built in its Western direction.
The President stressed the need to take appropriate measures to ensure that objects, buildings and a shopping center in this corner of Ashgabat form a single ensemble with a Park zone, addressing specific instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister and the mayor of Ashgabat, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
