Ak Tam Bazary” trading platform is a new online project in Turkmenistan. It has been in existence for several months, but thanks to a well-thought-out promotion strategy, it is gaining momentum every day.

Today, the correspondent of "Turkmenportal" talks with the PR Manager of the company Madina Seitniyazova about the goals and tasks for further promotion of the project.

- Madina, the “Ak Tam Bazary” project has got off to a good start. What are the main PR tasks currently facing the company to promote it?

- At the moment, the main PR tasks are to prepare and conduct advertising campaigns, organize special PR events to attract customers, and form a positive opinion about the project. Another task is to motivate and train our partners in the proper use of our platform to promote their business.

- What are the main expected results of such activities?

- The main expected results are people's trust in our project and increased engagement.

- Social marketing is now becoming a particularly popular type of product promotion. Do you use this tool?

- Yes, absolutely. Our company pays special attention to marketing through social networks. We share all the news on our Instagram account @aktam_bazary every day, and together with our partners we hold mini-contests for our subscribers. We also have accounts on Facebook and IMO (+9936242638) for more audience coverage. In the future, we plan to actively develop our YouTube channel.

- Besides sellers/stores, who are the potential customers of “Ak Tam Bazary”? Who is the average visitor to your trading platform?

- Initially, the site was created solely for the trade of construction stores, which are located in The physical “Ak Tam Bazary”. But after the launch of the site, a large number of businesses also expressed a desire to rent their place on our trading platform. This is how our customer base has expanded. As for users, I would like to note that we do not have a specific target audience, since each person is our potential client. Anyone visiting our platform will be able to find the product or service they need. Our average visitor is a person who is interested in saving time and energy, and our project is ready to help them in this.

- How flexible is “Ak Tam Bazary's” policy regarding visitors? For example, if customers or sellers offer to change something in the structure of the site, improve it, do you respond to this in any way?

- Our team is very loyal to criticism, if new proposals help us improve, support our bar, we are only happy to add changes. But we try not to forget about our individuality, so we ask you to always give us constructive suggestions that will help make the site user-friendly. For example, our programmers have made changes to the site design, making it more comfortable and bright. Moreover, every day the “Ak Tam Bazary” app itself is improved and the app design is updated.

- According to the “Ak Tam Bazary” team, what image has the trading platform developed today?

- Despite the hard way passed in a short period of time to create a site and promote it, we have achieved great success. Our team is very proud that the “Ak Tam Bazary” project was recognized as the first online trading platform in Turkmenistan that meets all the standards of our country. This is a great honor for our company and a great motivation to continue working tirelessly, because thanks to the decree of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov on digitalization of the country's economy, our priority task has become to contribute to the achievement of our goal of introducing advanced methods for the benefit of the state.

Grateful feedback from companies that have already been placed on our trading platform is also very important for us: it is nice to know that our work helps to attract more customers for their business.

- If you have a vision of The “Ak Tam Bazary” site in 3 years, describe it.

- At the moment, the introduction of our project to the market is more dynamic than we expected. The growth of visits and added businesses is growing rapidly. We assume that after 3 years, people will find it attractive that shopping is better and easier without leaving home. You don't need to spend time and energy comparing prices and searching for suitable products – all this is available on a single platform. At this point, I think we will get a valuable acquisition - the trust of the client, because we are for the integrity and transparency of the business. We are sure that after 3 years, the Turkmen people will appreciate the opportunities of the “Ak Tam Bazary” trading platform.
