In the South of Ashgabat, between Archabil and Chandybil avenues, the construction of the fashionable “Arkadag” hotel continues.
A magnificent hotel complex in the shape of a semicircle, will rise on the territory of 22.9 hectares. Its structure will include a hotel, a business center and an apartment hotel. The design of the buildings will use the national Turkmen ornament and other exclusive design details.
A 725-meter man-made river will stretch through the surrounding territory of the complex. There will also be an artificial lake, an outdoor swimming pool with a Hydro park, fountains, a summer restaurant and a cafe. Along with this, the project includes the construction of a 600-meter-long highway.
When building a hotel, the main criterion is to ensure impeccable quality of work, an organic combination of modern trends with the best traditions of national architecture. Taking into account the specifics of the object, it must meet international standards in all respects, including equipment and finishing.
As reported by the state news Agency of Turkmenistan, currently the construction of objects is carried out at a high rate, based on the latest achievements in this field with the use of the most modern construction materials.
