The Turkmen leader, speaking at the Summit of the Turkic Council, held in the format of a videoconference, proposed to consider such a form of cooperation as the organization of teleconferences, video conferences, and other types of remote communication. They can be implemented on a bilateral or multilateral basis with the involvement of practitioners, scientists, experts, other representatives of the medical community, as well as other structures and agencies related to countering the new threat and overcoming the crisis situation associated with it.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed that the most important direction of joint actions is to establish close cooperation in the field of health, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
In the current difficult conditions, the exchange of accumulated experience and knowledge in the fight against coronavirus, the development of new methods of treatment and prevention of dangerous infectious diseases, the creation of modern medicines, the introduction of new technologies is of particular value, the head of Turkmenistan said.
