Products of Turkmen businessmen will be presented at the 3rd international import exhibition in China (CIIE), SNG.TODAY reports. The exhibition is scheduled to be held on November 5-10, 2020 in Shanghai.
The exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the people's government of Shanghai. The exhibition will be held under the auspices of the world trade organization and the United Nations industrial development Organization (UNIDO).
The event will be held at the new Shanghai International exhibition center. The center has excellent transport accessibility, including metro, high-speed trains. Each participant of the exhibition will be given a special zone in the exhibition hall. Two blocks are allocated for the exhibition of enterprises from more than 100 countries.
The total area of the first block of goods trade is 180,000 m2. The block is divided into six specialized exhibition areas: intelligent and high-tech equipment, household appliances, clothing, accessories and consumer goods, automobiles, agricultural products and food, medical equipment and goods for the prevention of diseases and health promotion.
The total area of the second block of trade in services is 30,000 m2. It offers platforms for new technologies, outsourcing services, design, culture and education, tourism and other services.
During the exhibition, each participating country will be given the site for a comprehensive presentation of the country's development of trade and investment, including trade in goods and services and advances the development of industry and tourism. The event from Turkmenistan will involve employees of the Ministry of trade, industry and communications, textile and chemical industries, local entrepreneurs and representatives of the state commodity exchange.
As the world's first specialized import exhibition, the China international import exhibition was held fruitfully in 2018 and 2019. In November last year, representatives of state structures and the private sector of Turkmenistan also demonstrated the potential of national enterprises at the second international import exhibition in China.
