In this regard, to contact the Consular Department for civil Affairs, you must register on the Embassy's website. This is reported today on the website of the Turkmen Embassy in Moscow.
However, the Embassy also informs that "the reception of documents for visa processing in Turkmenistan is temporarily suspended, except for cases related to the death or serious condition of a close relative (by telegram), as well as the issuance of visas for children."
To obtain visas, these categories of citizens must provide, among other documents, a certificate of absence of COVID-19 coronavirus disease, the information says.
