President and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made personnel decisions in the system of Prosecutor's offices today.
By the decree of the head of state, first-class lawyer Pirov Ikram Saparmuradovich was dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of the etrap named after S. A. Niyazov of the Dashoguz velayat. The new Prosecutor of the etrap named after S. A. Niyazov of the Dashoguz velayat was appointed a lawyer of the second class Pellyaev Shyhly Alladurdyevich.
The President of Turkmenistan also dismissed Junior justice adviser Agaorazov Charymuhammet Agadzhanovich from the post of Prosecutor of etrap Ak Bugday of the Akhal velayat and justice adviser Durdyev Begench Rahmanovich from the post of Deputy Prosecutor of the Lebap velayat due to the expiration of his term of office. The new Prosecutor etrap Ak Bugday of Akhal velayat was appointed lawyer of the second class Orazov Didar Suhanberdiyevich, and the Deputy Prosecutor of the Lebap region the younger adviser of justice of Melyaev Gurbandurdy Suhanberdiyevich, who previously held the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Mary velayat reported the press service of the head of state.
