The draft Agreement on cooperation in search and rescue in the Caspian Sea is being discussed in the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

These days, the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan is hosting the second meeting of authorized representatives of the Caspian States to discuss the draft Agreement between the governments of the Caspian States on cooperation in search and rescue in the Caspian Sea.

The meeting was attended by experts from Azerbaijan Republic, Islamic Republic of Iran, Kazakhstan, Russian Federation and Turkmenistan, including members of the foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan, the Institute of the Caspian Sea, as well as the Agency's "Turkmendenizderyayollary" of the Ministry of industry and communications of Turkmenistan.

Summing up the results of their activities over the past period, the participants discuss the draft Agreement in detail. This document is intended to improve the interaction of the Caspian countries in conducting search and rescue operations in the Caspian Sea, the website of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
