A Festival of cultural diversity was organized at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, which was attended by representatives of the Turkmen diplomatic mission. The event was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of UNESCO and initiated by the Secretariat and the club of ambassadors.
The opening ceremony of the Festival was attended by the leadership and representatives of the UNESCO Secretariat, the diplomatic corps accredited to UNESCO and in France, state and public figures, and the media.
The diplomatic mission from Turkmenistan organized an exhibition that attracted attention with the bright color of the Turkmen national decorative and applied art and delicious flavors of the “Turkmen desterkhan”. Handmade carpets, traditional clothing, jewelry and Souvenirs aroused great interest among participants and guests of the festival. The exhibition was successfully completed with a tasting of national cuisine, according to the online magazine "Turkmenistan"
