The draft "rules for remote sale of goods" has been prepared in Turkmenistan. It is developed in accordance with national legislation in the field of consumer protection and trade activities, as well as the legal regulation of the development of Internet services, and agreed with the relevant ministries and departments. "E-Commerce is one of the most important components of the modern digital environment," President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.
