The auction will be held on January 23, 2020 at 10.00 in the building of the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan at 156 Archabil avenue, Ashgabat.
Objects to be auctioned from the Ministry of construction and architecture of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of trade and foreign economic relations of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of agriculture and environmental protection of Turkmenistan, the Agency "Turkmenawtoulaglary", the Ministry of textile industry of Turkmenistan, The state concern "Turkmengaz", the hyakimliks of the Lebap and Mary velayats.
To participation in auction are permitted in accordance with legislation of Turkmenistan the citizens of Turkmenistan, foreign citizens and non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and legal entities of foreign countries who apply in the prescribed form, paid a Deposit and a special fee and have passed the registration for participation in auction in due time. Foreign legal entities, international organizations established under the legislation of foreign States, their permanent representative offices and branches in Turkmenistan can participate in the denationalization of state property and privatization of state property only if there is a conclusion of The Agency for protection of the economy from risks under the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan.
Applications and registration of participants are accepted by the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan from the date of publication of this information message and end 24 hours before the start of the auction.
Registration of participants begins on the day of the auction at 9.00. Consultations on the procedure for participation in the auction and providing additional information about the objects of privatization are carried out by the Department of property relations and business support of the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan and the relevant departments of property relations and business support of the Department of Finance and economy of the velayats and Ashgabat.
