President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov appointed Amanov Yhlasgeldi Dzhumageldiyeich General Consul of Turkmenistan in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). The relevant Resolution was signed by the head of state today, the press service of the President of Turkmenistan reported.
