President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Turkmenistan's Independence Day, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported today.
"On behalf of the Ukrainian people and myself, I sincerely congratulate You on the national holiday – independence Day of Turkmenistan!",- it is told in Zelensky's congratulation.
"I am convinced that the partnership relations between Ukraine and Turkmenistan, which have always been characterized by respect and mutual understanding, create a reliable foundation for the further development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in the interests of our peoples," the message reads.
"I wish you good health, inexhaustible energy and further achievements in responsible state activities, and I wish peace, harmony and prosperity to the friendly Turkmen people," the President of Ukraine added.
