The solemn ceremony of commissioning of three apartment houses was held today in Dashoguz province.
According to the state news Agency of Turkmenistan, the opening of new houses is timed to the 28th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. In the new houses built in the administrative center of the province, 80 families of citizens celebrated a housewarming. Two 4-story large-panel houses were built in the district "Novruz" by specialists of the construction division of the Dashoguz plant of reinforced concrete products of the state enterprise "Türkmendemirbetonönümleri". Each of them has 32 four – and three-bedroom apartments with an improved layout.
According to the information, the total area of the 4-room apartment is 125 square meters, 3-room – 109 square meters. Production of wall panels for this series of houses mastered Dashoguz plant of reinforced concrete products, thanks to the modernization of production facilities.
A four-story 16-apartment building built by specialists of private enterprise "Bagtyýarlyk ýoly" on the street Gurbansultan Eje and is an example of the implementation of the so-called "point" of building the city when the objects are integrated seamlessly between existing houses, allowing more efficient use of the land area and capacity of existing engineering communications.
The new buildings have all the conditions for a comfortable stay. The territory adjacent to the houses is landscaped, the source says.
