President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with the participation of hyakims of velayats and Ashgabat. The agenda of the session included priority objectives of social and economic development of the country, seasonal agricultural works as well as preparation to coming celebration events, the State news agency of Turkmenistan reports.
First, the Head of the State called Head of capital administration Sh. Durdiliyev who reported on the measures for urban development of the city as well as preparation to the Day of Constitution and the Day of the State Flag of Turkmenistan, Day of Ashgabat and other remarkable events of the month.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his discontent with the rates of construction works in the capital, having demanded the Hyakim to activate the measures in this direction, to provide timely commissioning of the facilities under construction.
Separate orders have been given on organization of the events on occasion of the Day of Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, Day of Ashgabat, ‘Last Bell’ Ceremony in schools. The Head of the State requested to hold all event on high level.
Speaking of coming summer season and having noted that it is necessary to activate the work for creation of favourable opportunities for summer school holidays, the President gave relative assignments to the Hyakim.
Video conference session was continued with the report of Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev who started from the information of fulfilment of contractual obligations for producing of silk cocoons in the region.
The Hyakim has also informed Turkmen leader about the course of agricultural works, situation at the construction sites of the region and organization of coming holidays.
Having listened to the report, the President highlighted the necessity to provide all conditions for successful wheat harvest campaign and pointed out the importance of care of cotton as well as focused on the organization of work of children recreation centres and summer camps at schools in the velayat.
The President requested the Hyakim to provide high level of cultural public events on occasion of the Day of Constitution and State Flag of Turkmenistan as well as ‘Last Bell’ ceremony of May 25.
Next, the President called Hyakim of Balkan Velayat Ya. Gylyjov who reported on the situation in the region as well as preparation to coming important events.
The President noted that it is necessary to hold under strict control all agrotechnical activities and gave number of assignments to the Hyakim for provision of all contractual obligations for production of silk cocoons.
Regarding coming summer school holidays, the President of Turkmenistan addressed the Head of the region with specific assignments for preparation of children recreation centres and school summer camps.
The President has also given relative assignments for organization of the events on occasion of the Day of Constitution and State Flag of Turkmenistan and end of school year.
In his turn, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev reported on the situation in the region and informed about the course of agricultural works, preparation of children recreation centres to summer season and events on occasion of the Day of Constitution and State Flag of Turkmenistan as well as ‘Last Bell; ceremony.
Having focused on the importance of comprehensive preparation to wheat harvest campaign, the Head of the State demanded to make all conditions for organized conduct of this important activity as well as for the sowing of cotton, having addressed the Hyakim with specific assignments.
The Head of the State has also requested to provide high organizational level of coming celebration events. The Head of regional administration received the assignments for organization of summer school holidays both in recreational centres and school summer camps.
After, Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev reported on the measures for timely and organized wheat harvesting, seasonal works at the fields under crops and production of silk cocoons.
Under the report, the Hyakim has also reported on the preparation to coming celebration events as well as to summer school holidays and course of construction of various facilities.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded to hold under strict control all agrotechnical events and to take measures for organization of coming grain harvest season.
Turkmen leader has also ordered to hold under permanent control the construction of social facilities under the implementation of National rural programme. Certain instructions have been given for preparation of coming holidays and summer school holidays.
Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the situation in the region and seasonal agricultural works.
Information about the course of construction of the facilities in the velayat, measures for organization of the events on occasion of coming holidays and summer school holidays has also been presented.
Having focused on the fulfilment of current agricultural works, especially qualitative care of cotton crops, the Head of the State addressed the Hyakim with number of assignments for implementation of advanced technologies and management methods to agricultural complex.
The President ordered to hold the events on occasion of the Day of Constitution and State Flag of Turkmenistan as well as ‘Last Bell’ ceremony in schools. It was mentioned that preparation to summer school holiday has to be taken on integrated basis.
Having continued video conference session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated workers of Ahal Velayat on the fulfilment of contractual obligations for production of silk cocoons, having wished them success in work and successful completion of production of valuable material to silk producers of other velayats..
Continuing the subject, having focused on the preparation to wheat harvesting, the Head of the State requested to provide coordinated conduct of this important agricultural campaign including uninterrupted work of involved equipment and its operational service. The President has also ordered to create optimum conditions for high productive work, comprehensive rest of the farmers.
