On Victory Day, the staff of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Germany, together with colleagues from diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan accredited to Germany, laid wreaths to Memorials to fallen Soviet soldiers in Treptower Park and in Tiergarten Park in Berlin, the "Turkmenistan: Golden Age" website reports.
Representatives of federal ministries and departments of Germany, the Bundestag, public organizations and various foundations, heads and employees of diplomatic missions accredited in Germany, members of national diasporas, as well as veterans of the Great Patriotic War, took part in commemorative events on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the Victory over fascism.
