Russian company plans construction of water treatment facilities in Turkmenistan

A meeting of representatives of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Russian delegation, Multifunctional centers providing state and municipal services (MFC) and the Ecolos group of companies headed by Oleg Shutenko, head of the Moscow Department of International Economic Relations was held in Ashgabat.

In the framework of the dialogue, O. Shutenko expressed his readiness for bilateral cooperation within the framework of the MFC and the establishment of mutually beneficial and promising areas for signing bilateral agreements. A representative of the Ecolos group of companies Nikolay Potapov also came along with the Russian delegation.

The meeting resulted in the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Ecolos, Akylly Tilsimat and the entrepreneur Vadim Frolkov. The signing of the memorandum was the first stage of establishing long-term cooperation.

According to a representative of the Turkmen company Akylly Tilsimat, the Russian company plans to build a plant for the production of water treatment plants in Turkmenistan. Of particular interest to companies are the creation of opportunities for the subsequent treatment and pumping of wastewater in Turkmenistan, the reuse of wastewater for watering plants, food for livestock farms and for drip irrigation of fruit and berry plantations, ornamental trees and desalination of the Caspian sea water and its further use.
