President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with the participation of Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers and hyakims of the velayats. The agenda included the issues of fulfilment of seasonal agricultural works and key objectives of integrated development of the regions, the State news agency of Turkmenistan reports.
First, the President called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldieyv and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Ch. Gylyjov, who is in charge of this region.
The Hyakim reported on the situation in the velayat, course of cotton sowing, measures for preparation to grain harvest campaign as well as on the works at construction sites.
Having listened to the report and focused the attention of the Vice-premier and Hyakim of the rates of cotton sowing in the region, the President ordered to take necessary measures for the acceleration of the campaign in strict compliance with agrotechnical standards.
Speaking of another important agricultural campaign – the grain harvest, the Head of the State ordered to increase control of the fulfilment of necessary activities aimed at good production of grain crops.
Addressing the Vice-premier and Hyakim, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also highlighted that it is necessary to approach the solution of the objectives, which are outlined in National rural programme and other state programmes, with full responsibility, having addressed specific assignments on this regard.
After, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Balkan Velayat Ya. Gyllyjov and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Chakiyev, who supervises this region, as well as Vice-premier Ch. Purchekov.
Reporting of the situation in the velayats, the Hyakim informed about the measures for organized cotton sowing and preparation to grain harvest campaign. Information about seasonal agrotechnical activities in the fields as well as course of construction of new facilities has also been presented.
Having noted that strict compliance with agrotechnical standards is the main factor of good production of crops, the President of Turkmenistan demanded the Vice-premier and the Hyakim to complete all planned activities on time.
Having focused on the importance of coordinated work under the state programmes including National rural programme and Programme of social and economic development of Turkmenistan in 2019 – 2025, the Head of the State requested to pay the utmost attention to their fulfilment.
Turkmen leader also pointed out the necessity of unremitting control of the provision of high quality construction work built in the velayat, their timely completion and provision with modern equipment.
Having highlighted the importance of integrated solution of all set objectives, the President of Turkmenistan addressed the Vice-premier with number of specific assignments.
Continuing the session, the President called Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Myradov, who coordinates this region.
The Hyakim reported on the works in agricultural complex, in particular on the sowing of cotton, care of winter crops, preparation to grain harvest campaign and planned agricultural activities. At the same time, it was reported on the situation at the construction sites of the region.
Summing up the report, the Head of the State highlighted the importance of provision of high quality of spring field works. Special attention has to be paid to the application of modern, scientifically based agrotechnical methods, the President noted.
The Head of the State also addressed the Vice-premier and the Hyakim with the assignments regarding permanent control of high quality of construction of the facilities in the region and their timely commissioning.
After, Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Meredov supervising this region were called to working session.
Reporting on the situation in the region including in agro industrial sector, the Hyakim informed about the care of winter crops, continuation of cotton sowing and other current agricultural works. The report on construction of different facilities has also been presented.
Having focused the attention of the Vice-premier and the Hyakim on taking of necessary measures for acceleration of the rates of cotton sowing in the region and given certain assignments on this account, the Head of the State noted that strict compliance of this work with set agrotechnical standards is one of the main requirements in this case.
Speaking of coming wheat harvest, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to provide all conditions for highly productive work of the farmers in this important period. It is necessary to plan and carry out the complex of proper activities in order to produce generous yield of wheat, the Head of the State noted.
During working session, the Hyakim of the velayat and the Vice-premier were ordered to hold under strict control the situation at the construction sites of the region.
After, the President of Turkmenistan called Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev who is in charge of this region.
The Hyakim reported on the measures for the development of agricultural industry of the velayat, organized cotton sowing, care of winter crops and other agricultural crops.
In addition, it was reported on the measures taken under National rural progamme and the Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025 as well as on the situation at the construction sites.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on the main objectives of current agricultural works, having addressed the Hyakim and the Vice-premier with the assignments for acceleration of the rates of cotton sowing.
Having highlighted the necessity of integrated approach to the organization of wheat mowing, the Head of the State requested to hold the preparation of agricultural equipment and grain elevators to harvest season under unremitting control.
Having noted the importance of works under the Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025, the Head of the State ordered to pay special attention to the construction and provision of social and cultural facilities with modern equipment.
Summing up video conference working session, the President highlighted that large-scale activity is aimed at integrated development of the country and prosperity of Turkmenistan citizens. Finishing the session, the Head of Turkmenistan wished health, family prosperity and success in work to all participants.
