A new modern village will be built in the Serdar district of the Balkan region. The corresponding Decree was signed by the President of Turkmenistan, prescribing the Khyakimlik of the Balkan region:
to coordinate work on the construction of relevant facilities and structures in the new modern village, monitor the progress of these works, as well as gradually carry out the construction of the village;
to develop a master plan for the development of a new modern village, and, having begun construction work in 2019, to carry out them in two stages: the 1st — in the period 2019-2022, the 2nd — in the period 2022-2025, the press service of the head reported of the state.
