23 nine-storey modern houses and the park together with utilities and roads will be built in the capital's residential area Parahat-7. The Decree was signed today by the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, allowing the city of Ashgabat to conclude contracts for their design and construction with the improvement of the adjacent territory with local construction enterprises, the press service of the President of Turkmenistan reported. The document prescribes to start construction works in April 2019 and to hand over the facilities with full readiness for operation in December 2021.
